New to our wedding menu for 2026, this delicious roasted hake dish is the perfect summer wedding main course. Roasted hake, nduja velouté, garlic & parsley potato, confit fennel.
Featuring pops of pink, orange and green, this vibrant fish dish is already proving to be a popular choice. The bright orange comes from the wonderfully warm nduja velouté, which certainly carries a little heat!
