Wild Fork West caters for special occasions in Bath, Bristol and the South West. We use local, seasonal produce to make delicious, wholesome and beautiful food. We plan events thoroughly and carefully so that service is relaxed, friendly and attentive.

The business grew from The Pot Kiln, one of Britain’s best country pub restaurants, which specialises in game from the nearby estates. We started catering weddings, parties and corporate events in 2005. The Wild Fork - our award-winning parent company - has now also expanded into upscale festivals, including Henley Regatta.

Wild Fork West is led by Michael Holloway, who lives with his young family in Larkhall, Bath. Mike began cooking professionally at Market, a local bistro, in London's Camden Town. He has since cooked at The National Gallery, The Royal Academy, and Bath’s favourite restaurant, Clayton’s Kitchen, as well as for The Boston Tea Party, a sustainable cafe group. Mike also has extensive experience as a private chef. He is usually thinking about his next meal.
