Our Impact

Wild Fork’s Values

Our catering service is built on five pillars that ensure your event is as seamless as it is spectacular.

Craft & Passion: We prepare fresh, thoughtful event food made with flair. By using only the best produce, our chefs create simple, elegant dishes that deliver a balance of quality and creativity.

Warmth & Care: Great hospitality is about feelings and emotions. Beyond simply serving food, our approach is defined by an easy sense of warmth and kindness, ensuring we take excellent care of you and your guests.

Meticulous Detail: From rigorous allergy care to beautiful presentation, our entire team operates as one to maintain high standards across the board. We handle the complexities so you can truly relax.

Proven Adaptability: Unlike a restaurant, we know event catering is unpredictable. Whether we are in a barn or a ballroom, we pair meticulous planning with the art of improvisation, remaining conscientious in our prep while welcoming last-minute changes.

Relationships & Connection

Ultimately, our success is built on connection. We see every event as an opportunity to forge meaningful relationships, building bonds within our local community.

Becoming B Corp accredited via independent assessment demonstrates that we hold ourselves to the highest standards of social and environmental performance. We balance profit with purpose to help create an inclusive and regenerative economy right here in the West Country. When you choose Wild Fork West as your event caterer, you are choosing a partner dedicated to delivering flawless service that embodies months of thoughtful planning and a lifetime of passion.

“Wild Fork’s commitment to our community is one of the reasons I love being part of the team. It allows me to give back without the pressure of having to find more time; I get 24 hours paid volunteering work each year, and at the moment I am using that time to help a local family with dog walking via
the Cinnamon Trust.”

Provenance

Provenance has always been important to us, but in the world of events it isn't always straightforward. Unlike restaurants with a fixed menu, every event is unique, with different dietary requirements, guest numbers, seasons and locations to consider.

Balancing flexibility with responsible sourcing requires constant attention and careful decision-making. That's why we've worked to weave provenance through every stage of our menu development, prioritising seasonal ingredients, championing local producers where possible, and building relationships with suppliers who share our values.
