Wild Fork West caters for special occasions across the South West. Our food is delicious, wholesome and beautiful; it is made using the best seasonal and local ingredients. Our service is relaxed, friendly and attentive.
The business grew from one of Britain’s best country pub restaurants, The Pot Kiln, in rural West Berkshire, which specialises in game from the nearby estate. We started catering weddings, parties and corporate events in 2005, always trying to make the perfect party. The Wild Fork, our award-winning parent company, is now building its reputation as a very fine event caterer by expanding into upscale festivals and pop-up restaurants.

Wild Fork West is led by Mike Holloway, who is based in Bath and knows a good party. Mike began cooking professionally at his favourite bistro, Market, in London's Camden Town. He has since worked at The National Gallery, The Royal Academy, and Bath’s favourite restaurant, Clayton’s Kitchen, as well as managing kitchens for Boston Tea Party, the sustainable cafe group. Michael now also has extensive experience as a private chef working through his own contacts and various respected agencies.
